I do not have much time to cook. Do you offer fast recipes?
I am with you! I have 3 kids and a full-time job, so I don't have enough time either. All the recipes in my coaching can be adapted to the so-called "meal prep", which means that you can cook them, and freeze them in portions. This will save you a lot of time and make sure that you always have some delicious ready-to-eat meals that fit your goals.
I do not have much time to train. Do you offer short training programs?
Certainly! I believe that everybody will benefit from training, no matter how little time they have. This is why I make plans together with my clients, adapting the exercises and the length of the training to their specific needs. "Personalized" is the most important part of my coaching.
Do I need a gym membership or can I train at home?
You can certainly train at home. Again, it's all about fitting your new activities into your lifestyle! Bodyweight exercises, TRX, and resistance bands are a great starting point.
How does your coaching work exactly?
Once you contact me, we will meet (in person or online) to see if we are a good fit (if you like me and if you fit into my customer profile). After that, I will ask you for a lot of information about your lifestyle and goals, and together we will generate a program specific for you (that will include training, meals, and other aspects of your lifestyle). During the coaching, we will have weekly calls to discuss your progress and adjust the program according to your progress and goals.
How long does the coaching last?
The duration of the coaching programs depends on your goals. It is known that too rapid weight loss is not sustainable and leads to the so-called yo-yo effect (rapid weight gain after stopping "dieting"). I offer 1, 2, and 3-month coaching programs, which can be extended for as long as you want. Furthermore, I also offer a "Maintenance subscription" for those who want to make sure that the well-earned results are maintained over time.
I have had injuries in the past. Can I also train with your programs?
You can and should! Your training program is personalized to your goals but also your limitations. Together we can choose the exercises that allow you to reach your goals without causing pain or injuries. Getting stronger (muscles, bones, and joints) is the best way to prevent future injuries.
I don't want to look like a bodybuilder! Is this going to happen to me if I lift weights?
Definitely not! Gaining muscle is very hard. I assure you that you will look great but not like a bodybuilder (unless you do want to, and then we aim at it).
Is it safe to lift weights for women in midlife?
Not only is it safe, but it is the best you can do for your body. It will improve the health of your muscles, and joints, and help you prevent injuries.

Do you offer vegan and vegetarian meal plans?
Several studies have shown that eating protein helps lose weight by regulating appetite and stimulating muscle growth (among other benefits for health). I am convinced that a balanced diet should include animal products, as those have a better amino acid profile and provide higher amounts of protein when consuming the same amount of calories. For this reason, I do not offer vegan meal plans. Vegetarians are very welcome!
