How many hours a week will this take?

You'll see good results with 2-3 strength sessions of 30 minutes to 1 hour a week. As for nutrition, you're likely already cooking and planning meals — we just make it more strategic, not more time-consuming.

I've tried diets and workouts before and nothing worked. Why would this be different?

Most approaches fail in perimenopause because they ignore what's actually happening in your body. This system is built specifically around midlife physiology — not generic fat-loss advice designed for 25-year-olds.

What makes you qualified to coach on this?

I hold a Master's and PhD in biology, with over 20 years of research experience, and I'm trained as a fitness and nutrition coach. Just as importantly, I'm a 50-year-old woman living through perimenopause myself — working full time with a family and 3 kids. I'm not just teaching this, I'm living it.

Is this based on real science, or just trends?

My approach relies on established exercise and nutrition physiology — strength training for muscle and metabolism, protein for satiety and lean mass. As a researcher, I build on proven methods, not trends.

I don't have access to a gym or heavy equipment. Can I still do this?

Absolutely. Your training program is designed around what you actually have access to. I love working with resistance bands, dumbbells, and TRX — no gym membership required.

I'm vegan or vegetarian. Can this work for me?

My nutrition approach is protein-focused, built around animal-based protein sources, so it isn't currently the right fit for a vegan diet. I want to be upfront about that so we don't waste your time.

I have an injury or medical condition. Is this safe for me?

Every plan is built around your individual situation, including any injuries or conditions you tell me about. That said, I'm not a substitute for medical care — if you have a condition that needs medical clearance, I'll ask you to check with your doctor first.

What if it doesn't work for me?

We meet weekly, one-on-one, so nothing goes unnoticed for long. If something isn't working, we adjust it in real time — you're never stuck waiting 12 weeks to find out it wasn't right for you.

Is coaching online or in person?

Fully online. Your workouts live in an app with clear instructions and videos, and we connect weekly by call.

What happens after the 30-minute call?

If we're a good fit, we build your personalized 12-week plan together. From there, coaching begins: weeks 1-2 are assessment and foundations, weeks 3-4 are quick wins, weeks 5-7 build your energy back up, and weeks 8-12 lock in the habits for good — with ongoing testing and tweaking throughout.
